Fees and Insurance

• For insurance, I am an out of network provider

• Fees are $110- $140 per session 

• Complimentary reimbursement forms are available upon request for out of network filing

• Reduced fee/sliding scale is available on a case by case basis

• A complimentary phone consultation can be provided to new clients prior to scheduling to help assess the client/counselor fit

CANCELLATION POLICY

• ​If less than 24 hours notice, client will be charged for the session

• If client gives 24-48 hours notice, client will be charged 50% of the session fee

• 48 hours or more- no charge for cancellation
